Our  foods are made with care, prepared and cooked “a la minute“. Our recipes are home-made in respect of  culinary traditions, to ensure you the real taste like in “ the good old times “. There is nothing more exquisite than experiencing traditional Italian, Balkan, Turkish and French cuisine at DALI GELATO & RESTAURANT.  Established in September 2018 and opened in November 2019, DALI Gelato & Restaurant concerns on sustainability development, where we use local products from local farms around Solo as our main ingredients. However, we still need to import some products because it can not be produced in Indonesia.
